All JOUETS JEWELS creations are designed and handcrafted in Greece, with great attention to detail and high-quality materials.

2. Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our pieces are made with nickel-free and hypoallergenic materials. If you have any sensitivities, feel free to contact us at info@jouetsjewels.com before purchasing.

 

3. How can I place an order?
Simply add your favorite pieces to the cart and complete your purchase using our secure checkout via Viva Wallet, Klarna, Revolut, or credit/debit card.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Viva Wallet, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay. All transactions are fully encrypted and secure.

 

5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Greece is free for orders over €100. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

 

6. When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days. For custom or personalized creations, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

 

7. Is there an extra charge for custom orders?
Yes, custom-made or personalized jewelry may include an additional charge, depending on materials and design complexity. The cost will always be confirmed before you proceed with payment.

8. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return any product within 14 days as long as it has not been used and is in its original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
