SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At JOUETS JEWELS, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Below you’ll find all the information regarding shipping, delivery, and product returns.

 

Shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

For orders within Greece, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on the courier service.
Shipping is free for orders over €100. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.

JOUETS JEWELS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or events beyond our control.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy
You may return or request a refund for any product within 14 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all accessories and packaging intact.

  • The product is not custom-made or personalized.

  • The product is not part of the excluded items listed below.

Excluded items:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products clearly marked as “No Returns” or “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Returns are handled in accordance with Greek Consumer Law (Law 2251/1994).

 

Faulty Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@jouetsjewels.com within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the defect. Once we verify that the issue is not due to misuse, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at info@jouetsjewels.com, providing your order number and reason for return.

  2. Fill in the return form that will be sent to you.

  3. Send the item back to the address provided.

We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service, as JOUETS JEWELS is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

 

Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 5–7 business days.
The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualified for free shipping, a €5 fee will be retained to cover shipping expenses.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at info@jouetsjewels.com within 1 hourof placing your order. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders may include an additional charge, depending on materials and design complexity. The cost will always be confirmed and approved before completing the order.
