SHIPPING POLICY

At JOUETS, we prepare and ship each order with care to ensure your jewelry arrives beautifully and safely packaged.

  • Processing Time: All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the courier's schedule. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At JOUETS JEWELS, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our return policy has been designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and simplicity for all our valued customers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

You may return or request a refund for any product purchased from Jouets jewels within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions: a. The product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all its accessories and packaging materials intact.
b. The product is not custom-made or personalized.
c. The product does not fall under the list of excluded items (as mentioned in Section 3).

Excluded Items:

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

a. Products listed with a clear "No Returns" or "Final Sale" notice.
b. Earrings for safety reasons.
c. Custom-made or personalized products.
d. Products that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Faulty Products:

We accept returns of faulty items within a period of one month from the date of delivery, provided we determine that the fault is not due to improper use. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us via email at info@jouetsjewels.com for further assistance.Please include detailed pictures of the item showing the fault, as we will review your request carefully to understand whether the damage was caused by improper use. We will notify you of our decision within one week. 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: a. Contact via email at info@jouetsjewels.com, providing your order number and a brief explanation for the return b. fill the form. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund. If your order qualified for free shipping, a €5 fee will be retained from the total paid amount to cover shipping expenses. You will be notified of the final refund amount via email.
 

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us via email at info@jouetsjewels.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

 

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. To ensure a safe and trackable return, we recommend using our prepaid return voucher (shipping cost: €5), which will be deducted from your refund.
